Anshul Kumar is a Chartered Accountant by profession with more than 16 years of professional experience out of which 13 years were spent with Big4 firms (Deloitte and PwC).
Anshul has been working with Startups for past many years and provides support in initial set up, business modeling, market assessment, tax & regulatory advisory, investor dealing and other relevant matters.
He has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions and lends support to Startups in various levels of funding rounds, deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, etc.

He is also the Lead Coordinator of ‘Swadeshi Startups, Gurugram Chapter’ which provides a platform to budding entrepreneurs. He is a regular speaker in renowned academic institutions such as ICAI, Amity University, SPJIMR, Dronacharya College of Engineering and others.
Ashok Prabhu is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has more than 30 years of professional experience.
He was, till recently, the Vice President at HCL Infosystems Ltd. and headed the taxation function there for more than 13 years. He is still associated with HCL as a consultant.
Ashok also has 17 years of experience as a Senior Partner in a CA firm during which he had worked with Startups and provided support in initial set up, setting up of STPI units, funding, mergers & acquisitions, tax & regulatory advisory and other relevant matters.
He also has extensive experience in tax planning, corporate re structuring, outbound investments, transaction structuring and negotiation, due diligence and compliance management.
He is a member of International Fiscal Association and served on the CII National Committee on Taxation & the Tax Policy Forum
Rajeev has an overall experience in the Financial Domain of 25 years up his sleeves.
He is a mentor and advisor to upcoming Startups looking for guidance and support to grow to the next level.
He also acts as a Virtual CFO for companies that desire quality with paucity of funds to hire a full time CFO on board.
He is also the Regional Partner for Faster Capital, a Startup Incubator based out of Dubai.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and Australia and a Masters in Finance from Symbiosis University Pune. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi.
